1. This Order may be cited as the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Consequential and Supplementary Amendments to Secondary Legislation) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 1st April 2006.
2. The Schedule to this Order (amendment of statutory instruments and statutory rules of Northern Ireland relating to the National Criminal Intelligence Service (“NCIS”) and the National Crime Squad (“NCS”) and in connection with the Serious Organised Crime Agency (“SOCA”)) shall have effect.
