11. The following provisions (which make transitional adaptations that are no longer needed as a result of this Order) are revoked—
(a)in Schedule 1 to the Companies Act 2006 (Commencement No. 1, Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2006(1), paragraphs 12(2) and 16;
(b)in Schedule 1 to the Companies Act 2006 (Commencement No. 2, Consequential Amendments, Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2007(2), paragraph 4.
