14.  No person shall—

(a)cause any drinking water F1... to be bottled in a bottle marked or labelled with—

(i)any designation, proprietary name, trade mark, brand name, illustration or other sign, whether emblematic or not, the use of which is liable to cause confusion of the water with a natural mineral water, or

(ii)the description “mineral water”; or

(b)cause any bottled drinking water F2... to be advertised under—

(i)any designation, proprietary name, trade mark, brand name, illustration or other sign, whether emblematic or not, the use of which is liable to cause confusion of the water with a natural mineral water, or

(ii)the description “mineral water”.
