6.—[F1(1)] For the purposes of section 84(1) of the Act, the information specified—
(a)in Part 1 of Schedule 1;
(b)in paragraphs 6 and 7, and 9 to 13, of Part 2 of Schedule 1, and
(c)in Part 3 of Schedule 1,
is prescribed as information about a [F2registered provider] which the Chief Inspector may arrange to be made available for the purpose of assisting parents or prospective parents in choosing an early years or later years provider.
[F3(2) For the purposes of section 84(1) of the Act, the information specified in paragraphs 1 to 9 and 11 to 13 of Schedule 4 is prescribed as information about a registered agency which the Chief Inspector may arrange to be made available for the purpose of assisting parents or prospective parents in choosing an early or later years provider.]
