SCHEDULE 3 E+W+S INFORMATION

PART III E+W+S STATEMENT OF THE SCHEME’S POLICIES AND THE OPERATIONAL PLANS OF SCHEMES AND PRODUCERS

13.—(1) For the purposes of paragraph 12(c)(ii) above “waste collection authority” and “waste disposal authority” shall have the meanings given in section 30(1) of the 1990 Act. E+W+S

(2) For the purposes of paragraph 12(c)(iii) above “household waste”, “industrial waste” and “commercial waste” shall have the same meanings as in section 75(2) of the 1990 Act.
