The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, Paragraph 75 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 09 March 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
75. In Part 2 of Schedule 2 to the Companies Act 2006 M1 (specified descriptions of disclosures), in paragraph 34—
(a)omit paragraph (h);
(b)after paragraph (i) insert—
“(j)the Business Protection from Misleading Marketing Regulations 2008;
(k)the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.”.
