Amendment of Part 13 of the principal Regulations

11.  In regulation 164 (assessment of income and capital in urgent cases)—

(a) in paragraph (1)(a)(i) for “the Independent Living Funds” substitute “the Independent Living Fund (2006)”; and

(b) in paragraph (2)(c) omit “Part 2 or”.
