149.—(1) In Schedule 15D M1 of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 (exceptions from prohibition of disclosure of information obtained in course of company investigation), in paragraph 1, for “Article 253C” substitute “ section 457 of the Companies Act 2006 ”.U.K.
(2) The amendment made by this paragraph has effect in relation to disclosures for the purpose of enabling or assisting a person to exercise functions in relation to accounts for financial years beginning on or after 6th April 2008.
