In Article 150A(4)(b) of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989(1) (share of assets for unsecured creditors: exclusion by compromise or arrangement), for “Article 418 of the Companies Order (compromise with creditors and members)” substitute “Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006 (arrangements and reconstructions)”.
