15.  In paragraph 4 of each of Parts 1 and 2 of Schedule 1 to the Bail Act 1976 M1 (provisions relating to persons entitled to bail), the reference to a sentence imposed by an officer under AFA 2006 includes a sentence imposed by any authority acting under AA 1955, AFA 1955, NDA 1957 or AFA 1976.
