There are currently no known outstanding effects for the The Nottingham Express Transit System Order 2009, Paragraph 31.
31. If in consequence of the exercise of the powers conferred by this Order the access to any apparatus is materially obstructed the promoter shall provide such alternative means of access to such apparatus as will enable the specified undertaker to maintain or use the apparatus no less effectively than was possible before such obstruction.E+W
