212.  In section 31 of the Planning (Listing Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990(1) (general provisions as to compensation for depreciation under Part 1)—

(a) in subsection (4) for “Lands Tribunal” substitute “Upper Tribunal”; and

(b) in subsection (5) for “sections 2 and” substitute “section”.
