Amendment of Schedule 2 (benefits and credits)

10.  In paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 (benefits and credits)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (h) omit “and”;

(b) for sub-paragraph (i) substitute, “state pension credit; and”.

(c) after sub-paragraph (i) insert—

“(j) an income-related employment and support allowance under the Welfare Reform Act 2007(1).”.
