15.  In section 168(1)(c) M1 of the Factories Act (Northern Ireland) 1965 (service of documents), for “being a company to which the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 applies” substitute “ that is a company as defined in section 1(1) of the Companies Act 2006 ”.
