42.  In the Competition Act 1980—

(a) in section 11(3)(f) M1 (references of public bodies to Commission), and

(b) in section 12(4) M2 (order following report under section 11),

for “section 736 of the Companies Act 1985” substitute “ section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006 ”.
