50. In section 4(3) M1 of the British Railways (Pension Schemes) Act 1981 (pension trustee, if a company, to be treated as a trust corporation) for “within the meaning of section 735(1) of the Companies Act 1985” substitute “ as defined in section 1(1) of the Companies Act 2006 ”.
