108.—[F1(A1) The judge advocate must give the lay members directions about the relevant law at any time at which to do so will assist the lay members to evaluate the evidence.]
(1) After any closing addresses, the judge advocate shall [F2summarise for the lay members, to such extent as is necessary, the evidence relevant to the issues they must decide].
(2) The judge advocate may direct the lay members that if they record a finding of guilty on one charge they need not record a finding on another charge.
