The Companies (Companies Authorised to Register) Regulations 2009, Section 19 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 01 March 2025. 19.—(1) The model articles of association prescribed by the Secretary of State under section 19 of the Companies Act 2006 do not apply unless adopted by special resolution.
(2) Provisions relating to the numbering of shares do not apply to a joint stock company whose shares are not numbered.
