Betting and Gaming Duties Act 1981 U.K.

97.—(1) Section 26M (review and appeal)(1) is amended as follows—

(2) In subsection (1)—

(a) for “14 to 16” substitute “13A to 16”; and

(b) after “duty” insert “as they apply to the decisions mentioned in section 13A(2)(a) to (h) of that Act”.

(3) In subsection (2) for “14 to 16” substitute “13A to 16”.
