14.  In regulation 37 of the Family Credit (General) Regulations 1987, in the definition of “education authority” for “a local education authority as defined in section 114(1) of the Education Act 1944 (interpretation)” substitute “a local authority as defined in section 579 of the Education Act 1996 (interpretation)”.
