81.  In regulation 131 of the Employment and Support Allowance Regulations 2008, in the definition of “education authority” for “a local education authority as defined in section 212 of the Education Act 2002 (interpretation)” substitute “a local authority as defined in section 579 of the Education Act 1996 (interpretation)”.
