Amendment of the Wireless Telegraphy (Automotive Short Range Radar) (Exemption) (No. 2) Regulations 2005

2.—(1) The Wireless Telegraphy (Automotive Short Range Radar) (Exemption) (No. 2) Regulations 2005(1) are amended in accordance with the following paragraph of this regulation.

(2) In regulation 4(5) for “25 decibels” substitute “30 decibels”.
