10.—(1) The Education (Information About Children in Alternative Provision) (England) Regulations 2007(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 8(k)—
(a)for “the Secretary of State” substitute “a local authority”;
(b)for “section 114(2) of the Learning and Skills Act 2000” substitute “section 68(3)(b) of the Education and Skills Act 2008”.
