8.—(1) The Schedule to Children Act 2004 (Joint Area Reviews) Regulations 2005(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1 omit the definitions of “the 2000 Act” and “the ALI”.
(3) In paragraph 4—
(a)in sub-paragraph (1) for “section 114(1) of the 2000 Act (provision of services encouraging participation by young persons in education or training)” substitute “section 68 (support services: provision by local authorities) of the Education and Skills Act 2008”;
(b)in sub-paragraph (2)(a) for “section 118(7) of the 2000 Act” substitute “section 75(7) of the Education and Skills Act 2008”.
