Amendment of the Family Health Services Appeal Authority (Procedure) Rules 2001 E+W+S

33.  In regulation 2(1) of the Family Health Services Appeal Authority (Procedure) Rules 2001(1) (interpretation), in the definition of “appropriate professional registration body”, for “the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain” substitute “the General Pharmaceutical Council”.
