Amendment of the Gender Recognition (Disclosure of Information) (Scotland) Order 2005E+W+S
51. In article 5(2)(b)(iii) of the Gender Recognition (Disclosure of Information) (Scotland) Order 2005(1) (disclosure for medical purposes), for “a pharmacist or pharmacy technician registered in Part 1 or 3 of one of the registers maintained under article 10(1) and 21(1) of the Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians Order 2007” substitute “a pharmacist registered in Part 1 or 4 of the register maintained under article 19 of the Pharmacy Order 2010 or a pharmacy technician registered in Part 2 or 5 of that register”.
