Amendment of the National Assembly for Wales (Representation of the People) Order 2007 E+W+S

57.  In paragraph 4(2) of Schedule 1 to the National Assembly for Wales (Representation of the People) Order 2007(1) (additional requirements for applications on grounds of blindness or other disability), for paragraph (e) substitute—

“(e) a registered pharmacist as defined by article 3(1) of the Pharmacy Order 2010;”.
