Amendment of Schedule 8 (groups of companies)

21.  In Schedule 8—

(a) in paragraph 3, for “section 736(1) of the Companies Act 1985”, substitute “section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006”; and

(b) in paragraph 5(b)(iii), for “regulations 7(4)(e) and 9(2)”, substitute “regulation 9(2)”.
