There are currently no known outstanding effects for the The Local Elections (Northern Ireland) Order 2010, Section 8.
8.—(1) In Schedule 2 to the Police and Criminal Evidence (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 M1, the entry in respect of rule 33 of Schedule 5 to the 1962 Act is revoked.
(2) In the Postponement of Local Elections (Northern Ireland) Order 2009 M2, article 2(3) (which provides that section 11(1A) of the 1962 Act does not apply to the local general election in 2011) is revoked.
