The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 11, 38(2), (3) and (4), 40(4), 41(5), 43(3), 52(3), 54(3), 60, 99 and 144(2) and (4) of the Pensions Act 2008 M1 :
