Amendment of the Social Security (Invalid Care Allowance) Regulations 1976

2.—(1) The Social Security (Invalid Care Allowance) Regulations 1976(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 8(1)(2) (circumstances in which a person is or is not to be treated as gainfully employed), for “£95”, in each place it occurs, substitute “£100”.
