1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Child Trust Funds (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2010 and shall come into force on 1st April 2010.
(2) These Regulations have effect where a child falls within the terms of regulation 7B (inserted by regulation 3) for a year of assessment commencing on or after 6th April 2009.
