Greater London Authority Act 1999 E+W

116.—(1) Section 333A of the Greater London Authority Act 1999(1) (London housing strategy) is amended as follows.

(2) In subsection (8)—

(a) after paragraph (a) insert—

“(ab) the Regulator of Social Housing;”, and

(b) in paragraph (b) for “registered social landlord” substitute “private registered providers of social housing”.

(3) In subsection (10) omit the definition of “registered social landlord”.
