10. In Schedule 2 (sums to be disregarded in the calculation of income other than earnings) to the Family Credit (General) Regulations 1987(1) in paragraph 22(1)(a) after “(schemes for payment of allowances to adopters)” insert “or in accordance with an adoption allowance scheme made under section 71 of the Adoption and Children (Scotland) Act 2007 (adoption allowances schemes)”.
