2.—(1) The Pension Benefits (Insurance Company Liable as Scheme Administrator) Regulations 2006(1) are amended as follows.
(2) For regulation 2(1)(c) (insurance company liable as scheme administrator) substitute—
“(c)a drawdown pension fund lump sum death benefit”.
