2.—(1) The School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Order 2010(1) is amended as follows.
(2) After article 2 insert the following—
“Modifications to the Document
2A. The Document has effect in relation to the school year(2) beginning in 2010 as if—
(a)in paragraph 47.1, and in paragraph 62.2 (both places), the references to 195 days were references to 194 days;
(b)in paragraph 62.2(a) the reference to 190 days were a reference to 189 days;
(c)in paragraphs 62.4, 62.5, 62.11 and 63.5 the references to 1265 hours were references to 1258.5 hours.”.
