(a)in paragraph (1), for “regulations 20 to 22” substitute “regulation 21”;
(b)in paragraph (2)—
(i)for “Habitats Directive” substitute “Directives”, and
(ii)for “amend” substitute “vary”; and
(c)omit paragraphs (3) and (4).
