Amendment of the Bluetongue Regulations 2008 E+W

25.  In the Bluetongue Regulations 2008 M1 —

(a) in regulation 27 (enforcement), after paragraph (2) add—

“(3) Where the Secretary of State makes a direction under paragraph (2), the Secretary of State may delegate to the Director of Public Prosecutions functions in relation to the prosecution of an offence under these Regulations.”; and

(b) in regulation 30(4) (publication of first review report), for “the end of” to the end substitute “ 24th August 2017 ”.
