Amendment of the Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathies (England) Regulations 2010 E+W

37.  In the Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathies (England) Regulations 2010 M1 , in regulation 20 (enforcement), after paragraph (4) add—

“(5) For the purposes of paragraph (1) or where the Secretary of State makes a direction under paragraph (4), the Secretary of State may delegate to the Director of Public Prosecutions functions in relation to the prosecution of an offence under these Regulations. ”.
