2. In these Regulations—
“the 1960 Act” means the District Judges (Magistrates’ Courts) Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 1960;
“the 1981 Act” means the Judicial Pensions Act 1981;
“the 1993 Act” means the Judicial Pensions and Retirement Act 1993.
