3. The abolition of the Agency (1) does not affect the validity of anything done by, on behalf of or in relation to the Agency before the commencement date.

Section 191(1) of the Localism Act 2011, which abolishes the Agency, was brought into force on 31st March 2012 by S.I. 2012/628.
