Authorisation of provisional measures taken under Article 27 U.K.

9.   [F1 Where an enforcement authority ascertains, or has reasonable grounds for concern, that a cosmetic product presents or could present a serious risk to human health in accordance with Article 27 (safeguard clause) of the EU Cosmetics Regulation, it must obtain authorisation from the Secretary of State prior to taking provisional measures under Article 27.]
