Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 E+W+S

1.  In section 15A of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981(1), in subsection (2), for paragraph (b) substitute—

“(b) Regulation (EU) No 528/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council(2).”.

Natural Environment and Rural Communities Act 2006 E+W+S

2.  In section 43 of the Natural Environment and Rural Communities Act 2006(3), in subsection (3), for paragraph (c) substitute—
