22. Articles 1, 3 and 4 of the Consumer Credit Licensing (Representations) Order 1976 M1 continue to apply in so far as section 34 or 34ZA M2 of the 1974 Act continue to have effect by virtue of Part 8; and for that purpose each reference to the Director is to be treated as a reference to the FCA.
