6.  In regulation 6(5)(b)(ii) of the Occupational Pension Schemes (Discharge of Liability) Regulations 1997 M1 (further conditions on which liability may be discharged), for “at her or his last known address” substitute “ in accordance with regulations 26 to 28 of the Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (Disclosure of Information) Regulations 2013 (giving information and documents) ”.
