12. In section 188 (assessment: consultation with EC competent authorities)(1) in subsection (3) for “by a host state regulator in relation to a UK authorised person” substitute “in relation to a UK authorised person by the home state regulator of an EEA firm”.
Section 188 was substituted by S.I. 2009/534 and amended by section 26 of the Financial Services Act 2012 (c.21).
