PART 1 Amendments to FSMA

5.  In section 55J(6A) (variation or cancellation on initiative of regulator)(1), in paragraph (c), for “Directive 2006/49/EC of the European Parliament and the Council on capital adequacy of investment firms and credit institutions” substitute “the capital requirements regulation or the capital requirements directive”.
