Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1(1)

These Regulations are made by the Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 80 and 89 of the Traffic Management Act 2004(1)

In accordance with paragraph 24 of Schedule 7 to the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007(2), the Lord Chancellor has consulted the Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council.

A draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament pursuant to section 89(5) of the Traffic Management Act 2004.
