SCHEDULE 1 POWERS EXERCISED IN MAKING THESE REGULATIONS

1.  The following provisions of the Administration Act—

(a) section 1(1), (1C)(1);

(b) section 5(1)(a), (b), (c), (d), (g), (i), (j), (k), (l), (m), (p), (q), (1A), (2A), (2B), (2C), (3B)(2);

(c) section 7A(2)(b)(3);

(d) section 15A(2)(4);

(e) section 111A(1A)(d), (1B)(d), (1D)(c), (1E)(c)(5);

(f) section 112(1A)(d), (1B)(d), (1C)(c), (1D)(c)(6);

Section 5(2A) to (2C) was inserted by section 35(2) of the Welfare Reform Act 2007 (c.5). Section 5(3B) was inserted by section 100 of the 2012 Act.
