48.  In regulation 4 (prescribed benefits) of the Social Security (Information-sharing in relation to Welfare Services etc.) Regulations 2012(1)—

(a)omit “and” at the end of sub-paragraph (e); and

(b)after sub-paragraph (f) insert—

“; and

(g)personal independence payment under Part 4 of the 2012 Act”.
